Soccer Drills of the Day 01/03/13
Cone Shuffle Rolls – Set up 2 cones, 10 yards apart – Roll ball from outside to inside sideways between the 2 cones – 10 reps each direction.
10 squat jumps
Machine Guns – pass ball back and forth between both feet – 1 minute
Stair Steppers – hop and touch top of ball with the sole of your foot, alternating feet, for 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Machine Guns – pass ball back and forth between both feet – 1 minute
Stair Steppers – hop and touch top of ball with the sole of your foot, alternating feet, for 1 minute
