Soccer Drills of the Day 01/12/13
Punt/Roll/Traps for 5 minutes – Punt the ball up in the air, do a roll on the ground, get back up, and try to trap the ball before it hits the ground more than once
Throw/Look/Traps for 5 minutes – Throw the ball up in the air, look left and right, and then trap the ball. If you can’t trap it before it hits the ground, try letting the ball bounce once.
Stop/Starts for the length of the field x 3 – Run the length of the field with the ball. Every few steps, pull the ball back with your sole, then tap it forward with your laces.
