Soccer Drills of the Day 01/02/13
Dribbling Freestyle Cone Slalom – Set up 8 cones 2-3 feet apart – Dribble through them alternating your feet – 3 reps down and back
Freestyle Juggle – Either side, head, etc – 5 minutes
Dribbling Strong Foot Cone Slalom – Set up 8 cones 2-3 feet apart – Dribble through them using only your strong foot – 3 reps down and back
Freestyle Juggle – Either side, head, etc – 5 minutes
Dribbling Weak Foot Cone Slalom – Set up 8 cones 2-3 feet apart – Dribble through them using only your weak foot – 3 reps down and back
